Just wanted to let you all know that I went to the Greeley Target yesterday & they had a lot of sales going on. They had 75% all the PINK dot items as you first walk into the store in the bins. So there were a TON of items for .25 cents! Calendars, planners, decorations are just a few of the items I saw yesterday!
The regular Christmas items that are located in the back of the store are NOW MARKED DOWN TO 75% off! Let us all know if you guys have found any good clearances as you are out and about. What's for dinner?
Alright guys this one was a little harder for me to do! But because thanks to you all I did it because I said I would. This last week went was pretty hectic with school parties, play practices & other Christmas activities!!! We did well however & stayed on track except for Friday night... we ate leftovers! I wasn't feeling well & we had a lot of leftovers fromt he week so we skipped the spaghetti & just had a little of this and that.
So... what's for dinner in your house this week. I know a lot of you will probably be doing a lot of cooking & baking in preparation for the big day but I promise if you do a little planning it will ease on the stress later in the week. Here's the plan for our dinner this week...

What's for dinner?
So yesterday I was thinking about the things that stress me out the most & what I can do to help ease the day to day chaos in our house. On the top of my list was DINNER! At about 2:45 every afternoon I am heading to pick up the girls from school & I realized I have about an hour to figure out what's for dinner! Then the panic sets in... as well as the screams from the baby & the cranky from our 2 yr. old who didn't get a long enough nap! I decided that I was going to start menu planning after the baby was born but I have never really given it much effort. Well yesterday in my attempt to elliminate some stress I sat down with my husband and we planned out our dinners for the week! I woke up this morning and there was a little weight lifted off my shoulders as I knew exactly what we were having for dinner tonight!
I was thinking I would post our weekly menu on here on Monday mornings as way to maybe give you some ideas and.... hold myself to planning our meals! I would love to hear what you all are having for dinner & maybe soon we can do some recipe swapping!
Soooo... here is what we are having for dinner this week!
Monday: Carino's to-go (we've got some gift cards & tonight is 1/2 price family platters!!)
Tuesday: Grilled chicken, frozen veggies, & fresh pinto beans ( from the bean plant down the street!)
Wednesday: Subs w/ fruit & chips ( Wed. are a busy night w/ bball practices & church!)
Thursday: Chicken mole, rice, & beans (making extra beans on Tues. for tonight)
Friday: Spaghetti, garlic bread & salad (girls got to pick & of course the wanted pasta!!)
So there you have it our M-F meals... Sat & Sun. are usually play it by ear kinda days as we are usually so busy.
We look forward to seeing what you are all having for dinner. I am also curious to see if you are all doing any Christmas baking? What's on your list? I am hoping to do some this weekend... we will see!

Another FREE activity for the kiddos today @ BORDERS
Today @ 11 a.m. Borders is having another Fun Time for kids ages 3-8 recommended. There will be stories, activity, games etc. I know the Borders in Greeley is having this as I was in there yesterday and I noticed they had signs posted. I would just make sure to call your local Borders to verify times.
